Franchise Tax Reports

For all of our business tax clients, who have an LLC, your Franchise tax reports are due 5/15/24.  
We have started this process and you should have received your franchise tax report this week or an email verifying that you want us to complete this for you.

Relay For Life

Relay for Life is a charity that Kristin is very passionate about. They are having an event on May 3rd. 
This video below explains more about luminaries. If you are a bookkeeping or tax client and would like us to get a liminary for a loved one, please reply back with the loved one’s name, and is it in “Honor of” or “In Memory of”
If you want a luminary you need to order them by May 2nd.

Office News

Lydia has been working remotely while she has been at college. She will be returning to the office on Monday May 13th! She will be here for the summer. If you are one of her clients and have any questions, please reach out to her!

Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting

This video explains everything that you need to know about Beneficial Ownership Information Reports. 

If you have an LLC that was opened prior to 1/1/2024, you need to do this report by 12/31/2024.
If you opened an LLC after 1/1/2024, you have 90 business days to fill out this report. 

If you do not feel comfortable doing the BOI Reporting yourself, please let us know. We are not doing these reports for our clients, but we will introduce you to our partnership law firm that we recommend that will take good care of you.
