New Tax Document Pick-Up Location

The Real Grind Coffee shop in Waller will be the new location that you can meet with Lydia to pick up any of your original tax documents that you gave us or your tax return. Please click here and schedule an appointment to meet.

“Wow what a year so far! Tax season, for the most part, is OVER! Thank you for all of our new and returning clients. I know this year was challenging with our temporary office in Hempstead, keeping a good receptionist (I think we went through 3 during tax season), plus losing a key employee. I want to let you know that we had  DOUBLE the amount of tax returns in the door as last year at this time, and being down 1 tax preparer. Thank you all that were patient with us and understanding. This was probably my most challenging tax season to date. We are already discussing improvements for next tax season and what we could do differently. So if you have any feedback, please reply to this email and we will take it into consideration for next tax season.”

May’s Employee Spotlight

My name is Lydia Jurischk and I have been an employee at Gundersons Bookkeeping since May 2021. I am a junior at Waller High School and when I graduate, I plan on attending college for accounting. I just made it to state in accounting for UIL Academics and I am excited to see how it turns out. I am a part time receptionist for Gundersons and I just started getting into bookkeeping this year. I have learned so much working here and I am grateful that I get this opportunity to get a head start for my future. 
My son Owen and I volunteered at the Annual 13th Tour De Racha on Saturday, April 23rd by helping with the social media coverage. 
It was a great experience and we can’t wait until next year!
