Sam’s 3 Year Mark!
Samantha started out as our receptionist 3 years ago and has done an amazing job keeping us organized. When she found out she was pregnant with Kenna we started transitioning her into a bookkeeping role. I knew that I didn’t want to lose Sam, she is an amazing team member! So now, Sam works from home so that she can stay home with Kenna, and she works PT on Bookkeeping, and she still manages to keep us all organized.
We are blessed to have you as a part of our team Sam!
MID-YEAR REVIEW
If you did not schedule a mid-year review with Kristin last month, you can still do it this month! We HIGHLY encourage our bookkeeping clients to book an hour long meeting, via zoom, so that Kristin can go over your numbers with you. Make those goals for the rest of the year, and where you want your business to be in the next 3-5 years, and make some action steps to get there.
Is your hourly rate still correct? What is your “keep the lights” on number? If the year were to end June 30th, how much money would I have to pay in taxes? Knowing these things is crucial to growing your business.
For our monthly bookkeeping clients (you are a monthly bookkeeping client if you pay us monthly),

For clients that are NOT monthly bookkeeping clients, and still want to have this type of meeting, you are more then welcome to make an appointment with Kristin; however, there is a $112.50 fee for each half hour booked with Kristin. Also, Kristin will need your numbers sent to her in advance for any tax planning to occur.
